For the past seven years, Tammie has been putting herself in therapists' shoes. That is her goal as an agent, to understand where a therapist is coming from and help make that place better. She says, "I strive to provide the very best, whether it's housing, transportation or working environment. If I wouldn't be comfortable in the situation then I am not putting my therapists in that situation."

Tammie is totally committed to her therapists. She is available day, night and on weekends to talk or address problems or concerns. Tammie explains, "If a therapist is working hard for me, I am going to work even harder to make sure their needs are taken care of."

Besides keeping her therapists happy Tammie says the best part and most rewarding of her job is helping facilities that are desperately in need of therapists. When Tammie is able to present a qualified therapist who can help cover the patient load and provide relief for the staff and facility she feels that she is really contributing to helping others.
